Whether you're buying or selling a home, or an investor in search of a great opportunity, my 20+ year career in marketing research and sales ensures I will deliver unmatched customer service to see your property goals come true. My goal is to make your life easier.

For sellers, my experience in evaluating consumers' wants and needs ensures I know how to effectively market your property to potential buyers. I use several marketing tools to ensure your property is broadly promoted across a variety of channels, including 700+ websites, TV and YouTube channels, and social media platforms. My listings include professional magazine-quality photography and your own property website. In addition, there are many programs I offer to make selling your home easier and faster to help with home improvements, repairs, and staging to prep your home for sale.

For buyers, my background in data analytics means I'm able to effectively analyze the local market trends to help you find the perfect home at the right price. I've lived in Fairfield County for 20 years - from the Long Island Sound to Candlewood Lake. I know this area and its people and can help find the town and neighborhood that's perfect for you. Once you're settled, I'll introduce you great painters, contractors, babysitters, and dog-walkers!

For all of my clients, my formal training in sales and negotiations with Fortune 500 executives, ensures you'll have someone who will provide you with unmatched skills at the negotiation table. I'm here to be provide you with exceptional service and to be your Trusted Advisor, giving you the guidance and advice you need to make the best possible decision for your real estate needs.

On a personal note: born in NY, raised in CT. I've lived in 8 towns across Connecticut - from the Quiet Corner to the Gold Coast! I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marist College, a Master's degree in Survey Research from UCONN. We have three dogs - who I adore (to say the least). My favorite pass time is boating. For years I loved to go to every Open House I could find - so naturally, I turned this into my career!
